We can help plan your wedding from the day you get engaged, or provide you with "day of" coordination, or anything in between.
"Day of " isn't just the day of your wedding though. I do alot of the work before your day. It includes:
Meeting with the bride and groom
Visit the ceremony and reception venues
Know the regulations of both locations
Provide room diagrams and seating arrangements
Processional and recessional plan
Discuss vendor meals & table
Develop a detailed wedding day timelne for you
Develop a timeline for myself and my assistants
Develop a vendor contact list
Send in introduction email to your vendors
Obtain a photo list, song list & program from you
Organize and coordinate the rehearsal and dinner
Check supplies in my emergency kit
Transport items from ceremony to reception venues
Oversee and help with decorations
Make sure the wedding party is where they need to be
at the right time
This isn't a complete list , but it gives you an idea of the services I provide for "Day of" coordination.
